In the UK someone dies from a heart or circulatory condition every three minutes.
February was Heart Month which encouraged people to Go Red to fundraise for the charity, British Heart Foundation, and learn CPR training.
Although February is officially over, the lessons from Heart Month are important throughout the year.
I spoke to the British Heart Foundations’ South London Fundraising manager, Joshua Hardman about this.
