After last year's RPM effort went in a more pop direction, this EP is much more off the wall musically. Blissfully imperfect in places, and in others downright amateurish, it certainly tries to push the boundaries of musical keys, musical rules and concepts of rhythm. Perhaps it is an unacceptable mess but it is definitely an attempt at abstract musical impressionism.
