I've been writing songs since I was 15, in the studio creating demos at 16 and have had a few shining musical moments along the way.

I've lived all over the country... from Cali back to Virginia where I grew up. Over the years, I've been lucky to have met some fabulous people that I consider kindred spirits and friends.

I love to write lyrics and songs for myself and others... just to scratch my creative itch and for things I love and care about.
