London
KOSTER realised his
first love for House music back in 1995. In 2002, he moved to London where he
acquired much experience in the music industry. Koster was involved in the underground music circuit at London
clubs, including; Ministry of Sound, Egg, Lightbox, Koko, Fire, Brixton Academy, Electric
Brixton, to name a few. His musical agility made him widely acknowledged in the
London music scene and went on to highlight guest slots warming up for Carl Cox in London
at Electric Brixton, for Miguel Campbel at Bootleg Social’s showcase at Sankeys in Ibiza,
spinning for the Cafe del Mar tour in Brazil and to an audience of thousands of people at the
Together Winter Music Festival alongside John Digweed, Pete Tong
among others.
KOSTER first made an impact on the deejaying scene through his DJ/producer duo,
M!5CHIEFZ. Resulting in his music being played and supported by big names in the scene such as Marco Carola, Black Coffee, Paco Osuna, Leftwing-Kody, Renato Cohen, Stacey Pullen, Luigi Madonna, to name a few. M!5CHIEFZ was honored
to perform twice at the iconic Space Ibiza, plus gigs from London to Portugal, Brazil and
beyond.
Currently, with over 15 years of experience in the art of deejaying and producing, Koster is
determined to focus on his new project. He has been
spending loads of time in the studio, working on music that is contorted with elements of
House, a hint of progressive melodic atmospheres, groovy drums and a
fierce bass line that have bestowed support from massive names in the industry such as Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, Paul Van Dyk, Joachim Garraud to name a few.
