You ever feel like you don’t know where home is? You keep searching but no matter where you go it never feels right. Or maybe you know exactly where home is, your searching made you realize that home is a specific person or place, home is where you make it.

Danny Arcane hits ‘Home’ and your heart in his new VHS jammed video packed with footage of his hometown, past travels, and old friends. His lyrics describe a traveler trying his luck living all across the country with no success, “couldn’t live in the South, like to run my mouth,” with a hook that contemplates the idea of finally settling down but being unsure where he should plant his roots.

“I’ve moved around quite a bit and it’s always been hard for me to form solid roots, I always felt like I was never truly home. I think I’ve finally reached a point in my life where I’ve realized I can turn wherever I am into the place I call home. Whether that’s in the midwest or the west coast, I’ve realized home is wherever you want it to be” - Danny Arcane

Footage of a sunset in Los Angeles, the Statue of Liberty, and a BBQ in Milwaukee are displayed while jangly, reverb drenched guitars surround your ears alongside punchy drums and a warm bass that feel like a hug from your old best friend in high school.

LYRICS

Want to be a Cali boy
But I really love the Midwest
Didn't really want to leave
But Winter had be depressed
Couple bucks pushed my luck
Tried living on the East Coast
Life fast, rent high
Couldn't get what I need most
Where do I go
from here
I don't know

Maybe I should start thinking 'bout settling down
Maybe I should start thinking 'bout going home
Where I've been
Where I've roamed
I don't know where to go
Are the mountain range or Great Lakes made for me

Couldn't live in the South
Like to run my mouth
Said the best headed West
To see the fuss is about
Had the urge and a crave
For a trip and some change
Got distracted by the beauty of the mountain range
Where do I go
from here
I don't know

Maybe I should start thinking 'bout settling down
Maybe I should start thinking 'bout going home
Where I've been
Where I've roamed
I don't know where to go
Are the mountain range or Great Lakes made for me

Maybe I should start thinking 'bout settling down
Maybe I should start thinking 'bout going home
Where I've been
Where I've roamed
I don't know where to go
Are the mountain range or Great Lakes made for me
