I have immense dedication to preserving the history of Cécile's music. The Cécile project has been my main inspiration and interest for a good three years now.

it has been fun archiving his music and uncovering similar music and creating music that really resonates with myself under The Baron moniker, influenced heavily by not just Cécile but the entire history of Baroque Electro, dating back to the 70s with groups like Space and Bernard Fevre.

I hope fans and potential affiliations with Cécile like this archive project and see that it is done with good intentions out of sheer respect.

The album art work is "by me" in a sense. I made it, but of course the paintings are by very well renowned classical painters like Titian. I picked the art pieces as they had some connection via naming to the piece of music. For example, the painting for the Andromeda EP is Titian's painting of Andromeda & Perseus :) I also used a few of the pieces found on an archived Cécile MySpace page. Requiem is Mozart on his death bed, writing his last piece, Requiem, in his dying breath, surrounded by family and accomplices.
