Shnopple Plop

It's been a few years since I've released music under the Kinetik Groove project. I needed to take some time to get right with myself and the world around me. Throughout this period I reconnected with the passion I initially had when I first started making music. I was no longer bogged down by the stress of deadlines, tour dates, or expectations of what I thought others wanted to hear. I finally felt free.

Through a combination of HONEST sobriety, elimination of poor habits, and most importantly, making music for no one other than myself, I created some of my most meaningful music. I tapped back into the wonderful sounds of my early electronic dance music listening experiences with influences from artists such as Pretty Lights, Michal Menert, GRiZ and Gramatik, while implementing the heavy sound design and synthesis methods I developed with the Space Cake project. This is the best of both worlds. I'm beyond grateful to finally share it with you. There will be more to come. 💜
