HB 3090 HB3090 2023 Regular Session - Oregon Legislative Information System (oregonlegislature.gov)
Prohibits distributing, selling, attempting to sell or allowing to be sold flavored inhalant delivery system product or flavored tobacco product in this state. Exempts existing hookah lounges. Defines "flavored inhalant delivery system product" and "flavored tobacco product."

Cascade closures in Scappoose and St Helens

We discuss my opposition for HB 2002 and abortion being allowed without parental consent or knowledge at ANY age. They don’t have to tell the parent, but are forbidden from telling the parents without written consent of the child (of ANY age).

SJR 33 and its reason for being.

HB 3501
Relating to rights of persons experiencing homelessness; prescribing an effective date.

Currently children under 15 require parental consent for abortion and that is not at risk of going away.
With HB 2002 Oregon would allow abortion or sex change treatments for children of any age without parents knowing, not just without consent.olis.oregonlegislature.gov/liz/2023R1/…view/HB2002

The doctor is forbidden from telling the parent unless a child gives written consent.
It would decriminalize criminalizing the dead body of a newborn child.
Would require Oregon tax payers to be on the hook for abortions and sex changing treatments for non Oregon residents.

Seems a little quiet over here
