Thanks Ken, this was absolutely wonderful and a testament to a brilliant band who really should have been even more successful but I guess in the end, they are successful in giving us some of the most gorgeous music. I wish them all the best and continued success. Thanks again for this program!
This was great! Thank you! Really enjoyed it.
Another fantastic piece of work Ken, you’re racking up a fine catalogue of really great documentaries now.
Selfishly though I am waiting for you to do one on Christmas Thomson’s The Bathers. Another singular & unheralded Scottish band who also started out on Go records, then the German Marina label. They are back after a very long hiatus with no a brilliant new album “Siren” think Bowie, Waits, Buchanan, Ferry, Romance, strings, cats on pianos & wild Swans at Coole. A wonderful back catalogue to delve into for anyone else that likes what Ken explores in these works.
Chris not Christmas…. Might have sold more records with the other name tho!
Fabulous Ken! Who’s next on your list? Camera Obscura ?
Well done Ken. I was surprised by some of their struggles. I had no idea!
Thanks for doing this documentary Ken Sweeney. 'The Perfect Reminder' of how good the TCS are, particularly 'Cake' and 'I've Seen Everything', which are 2 stone cold classics! Good to see the band being kept relevant and in the spotlight!
Thanks. Loving it out in the Czech sunshine. Your appreciation shines throughout .
This is wonderful Ken. Long live TCS!
Thanks Ken !! Brilliant
