Dickson, Jim - Reel 4191 by Texas Fauna Project published on 2024-02-20T22:09:21Z This is an oral history interview with Jim Dickson, conducted remotely between Austin, Texas and Ruston, Louisiana. Dr. Dickson is a wildlife biologist who worked at the U.S. Forest Service's Southern Research Station in Nacogdoches, as well as an adjunct professor at several universities. Much of his work involved studying and protecting southern forest ecosystems, with a special interest in wild turkeys. The conversation was recorded on February 19, 2024 by David Todd.
