Born and raised in London UK, Made By Pete is an artist, songwriter, producer and DJ whose catalogue has been celebrated by many of electronic music’s most notable publications and figureheads.

A main stay on Damian Lazarus’ influential imprint Crosstown Rebels and now running his own label Life In Colour, his music has connected him with audiences worldwide. His 2023 single ‘Horizon Red’ ft Zoe Kypri has been streamed over 30 million times, being hailed as a ‘future classic’ by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. The single was also remixed by Black Coffee for Crosstown Rebels’ 20th Anniversary album and was performed live to a sold out audience Maddison Square Gardens in NYC.

Subsequent releases like ‘Fires’ (2024) and ‘In My Head’ with Secret Echoes (2025) both earned the coveted ‘Essential New Tune’ award on BBC Radio 1, while the invitation from Pete Tong to deliver the Essential Mix was a pivotal landmark in his DJ career.

With his original music spreading globally, MBP has been invited to remix artists including Bedouin, CamelPhat & Vintage Culture whilst his music has been reworked by the likes of Black Coffee, Solomon and Damian Lazarus.

Although an already experienced DJ of nearly 20 years, 2023 was the year that Made By Pete broke through as an international DJ. A long standing residency at Blue Marlin Ibiza has been accompanied by shows at Hi, Pacha and Akasha, making him a seasonal regular on the Island of Ibiza. Back home in London he is a regular at Fabric having played the famous Farringdon venue 5 times.

Further afield, Made By Pete has played at key venues like Brooklyn Mirage NYC, Savaya Bali, Cafe Del Mar Phuket and toured in India, Brazil, Mexico and Canada.
