In his palace, the evil shogun Kunitoki senses his fate approaching by whose hands his minions have already fallen in the wastelands. Armakuni, the last of his kind, is seeking revenge. He's coming, preceded by ominous wind, followed by dead silence. And he’s already in...the Wilderness.

This is our remix of the iconic tune 'The Wilderness' from one of the most well-known Commodore 64 games: The Last Ninja

By this remix, we would like to honour the musical heritage of Ben Daglish, one of the greatest SID composers of all time, who will always be remembered by his many fantastic, versatile and eternal melodies and all of his musical magic within. Thank you, Ben!

Also, we pay tribute to the Hungarian coders who originally created the technical design and graphical concept of Last Ninja, developed the game's own programming language and engine, and even created its own level editor: the Integrator. Although unethically not being listed officially among the game's developers, they truly deserve credit, respect and appreciation for their pioneering work and revolutionary achievements in the widely known and acclaimed video game: The Last Ninja.
