This song was written to the challenge to use the title 'Use it or you lose it'. I wrote the chord progression, then melody, then added lyrics. The song is about saying 'I love you' to those that matter most, but that we sometimes do not. All backing is generated from Band In A Box, other than all vocals and the solo in the bridge.
