Thank you to the Box Office for the renegade style opening ceremony. The intention of this set is to make people feel empowered and connected before they embark on a psychedelic journey. My goal was to bless people with affirmations of safety as they drive through the gates into their temporary festival home for the weekend. Much like the psychedelic substances these festivals foster, these event spaces are extremely volatile, and can provide focus on both the best and worst. To provide a space for people to safely explore their spirituality is another goal of mine. Sound and movement are directly connected to the interworking of our reality.
