Roo-D Leeds Roo-D is a UK based Music Producer/DJ originally from Portugal, recognised for his dynamic and engaging sets. With a strong musical background, Roo-D began playing the keyboards by ear at the young age of 6 and delved into music theory at 13. Following his successful debut at the 2019 Lindisfarne music festival, Roo-D has performed at eclectic venues in Edinburgh including 'Sketchy Beats', 'Mash House', and 'Bongo Club'. In 2023 expanded his reach to other parts of UK, playing at renowned events such as 'Shanti', 'Psy Kingdom', ‘Faerie Pirates’, 'Tyne Psyde', 'Elemental' and holds a residency with 'Celtic Tribe'. Roo-D has released 2 hardtek EPs on the 'Long Live The Animals' label and is currently working on a jungle EP and starting a new psy production project. Roo-D enjoys DJ'ing when taking breaks from his production work, and his current preferred styles include Night Full-on, Twilight, Night Psy, Dark Psy, and Forest, among others.
