This track is more than just music—it's a lifestyle anthem that'll get you grooving and thinking about health in a whole new way.

The first verse and chorus of the song sprang to life in the mind’s ear of guitarist, Simon Brindle, one morning when he was contemplating the fact he was nearing 50. The song grew when the rest of PlasticSole got in the rehearsal studio and thrashed it out. It came to life, though, on the stage, when PlasticSole encouraged chanting fans to Eat Less / Move More.
